SHIPPING POLICY

How Soon Will My Order Ship?

I aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. General processing time before shipping for Ready to Ship items is 2-5 business days, and 5-10 or more business days for Preorder items that are made to order. These times can be longer during Holiday season (July-December) or in the case of bad weather (snow storm here in Colorado), or during shop closures (I will always post these with updates in my website header, social media and send emails the weeks prior so you have enough notice to plan ahead). 

Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with the tracking details. If you don't see this in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folders. 

What If I Purchased Preorder Items?

If your purchase has a "Preorder" item in it, your entire order will not ship until the pre-order item(s) is ready. Pre-order items will always have their "Ships in" estimated processing time in the product title so you always know what to expect before purchasing. Most Preorders need 5-10 or more business days as these are made to order. If you want your ready to ship items to ship sooner, please place a separate order for these items.
